Client & Customer Gifts

Client gifting is judged on restraint. The recipient knows the gift is a business gesture, so the goal is for it to feel considered rather than transactional — which usually means less logo and better product than an internal gift at the same price.

What that looks like in practice: the branding goes on the enclosure card and the ribbon, not stamped across the food. A laser-engraved serving board carries your mark permanently but reads as a kitchen item, not an advertisement. A gourmet tower with a handwritten-style card does the work without your logo appearing anywhere except the message.

Timing beats budget. A gift arriving in the second week of December competes with everything else the recipient receives. The same gift arriving in October, or after a project closes, gets remembered. If you can only do one thing differently, move the date.

Check the recipient's policy. Government, healthcare and many financial services organisations cap the value of gifts an employee may accept, sometimes at a level well below a typical corporate gift. A shareable item sent to a whole team usually sits within policy where an individual gift would not — and is the safer default when you are unsure.

Frequently asked questions

How much should a client gift cost?
Enough that it does not look like a leftover. More important is the recipient's own gift policy — many regulated industries cap what an employee may accept, and a team-shareable gift is usually the safer structure.
Should a client gift carry our logo?
Keep it light. An enclosure card, printed ribbon or discreet engraving works better than a logo across the product. The card is the part they read.
Can gifts be sent individually to different client addresses?
Yes. Send a recipient list and we drop-ship each one with its own personalised card, quoted per destination.
